R12: BSV Assigned to a Ledger that has been having transactions, is possible to assign the same BSV

Currently the BSV 4512 (example) was configured in the Ledger and has transactions. Goverment published a new policy, so the customer wants a new Ledger setup but using the same BSV 4512.

I've found some notes in My Oracle Support about BSV but are for other issues.

I guess it is not possible, but I'd like being sure before send an aswer to the customer.

Please any comment will be grateful.
