Siebel IP17 - Error opening SMC AI Profile

This is the error message we currently receiving when we login to our Siebel IP17.5 SMC>Profiles>AI Profile.

"Error = Server error for resource: /profiles/swsm."

Previous to this we did have the AI Profile working.

Anyone run into this issue and can advise on possible causes?
