Unable to Import Periods Control Table for Override Adapter

Good day, all.
I am trying to leverage the Import XLS function to update the Periods Control Table for override adapters.
I need to update the Target Per and Target Year for existing periods. I'm not adding new periods.
I was able to successfully import the Periods for the Global adapter but I can't figure out how to do it for the other adapters.
I am using Oracle Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management, Fusion Edition version 11.1.2.3.500
What I've tried:
I navigate to the Periods Control Table for the adapter (not the Global) I want to update and Export to Excel.
