How to setup "pricing attributes" to make simple discount

I didn't find any valuable information how to setup in advanced pricing the pricing attribute on the depot repair.

The goal is very simple, be able to fill on the estimate line one percentage value (e.g. 10 %) to discount.

How to proceed ? Is it possible to have screen shots of the steps to apply ?
