EAM Enabled Check Box is not getting freezed

HI Team,

   The EAM enabled check box in Inventory Organisation Parameters is not getting Freezed. Because of this issue, I can able to see the EAM Enabled Oraganisation in LOV of both EAM responsibilty and as well as Maintenance super user.   I had even given Org Acess to the organisations. I had attached the screen shot as well.Please help to reslove this Issue.
