Need to know the functionality difference between P4210 & P42101

Hi All,

A help is much appreciated!

We have a credit order entered.

When I use P4210 to go and check the Order detail. Without changing any value, If I simply tabout there is nothing changed on the Detail grid.

Where as, When I use P42101 and go to detail, Even without changing any value, After Tabout the price effective date changes to the requested date.

Can anyone explain me this behavior? IS it correct or Wrong or if so, Why?
