Oracle Cloud Budgeting and Planning - integration with on premise Essbase/EPM???

just wanting some advice on Oracle Cloud Budgeting and Planning.

Our Financials R12 and EPM are on premise but are looking to the cloud for Planning.

Our Chart of accounts are administered in DRM and exported to EBS.

Can they be exported/integrated to Planning cloud?

The way I have been reading the docs, the only way I can see this happening is with creating a manual file and uploading it whenever chart of account changes are made?

Any advice will be appreciated with the setup
