Posting this here since we could not believe it. We saw the SR for this same message where the guest cust password had expired but that was not our issue. The AI was working fine for a week but after restarting everything it just quit working.
For us simply stopping Tomcat AI and restarting fixed this issue.
There was nothing at all written to the log files.
