Wait List if Class is Full Default in Student Self Service

Is it possible to set the default in Student Self Service Enrollment to put someone on a wait list if a class is full?  Currently the checkbox is not checked as the default. 

This is on the page SSR_CLS_DTLOPT, and the field is DERIVED_CLS_DTL.WAIT_LIST_OKAY.
