When adding a warranty, must the system always created a fixed asset record?
Hello MOSC,
We often sell items that have a useful life of only one year and a warranty 90 or 180 days. In the Service Management Module System 17, the design of warranties seems to require as a prerequisite the creation of a record in the fixed asset master. For short-lived items, does some alternative exist to warrant an item without cluttering the fixed asset master?
