UCM Auto Merge behavior

Hi, I am trying to understand the UCM Auto Merge behavior in Siebel CRM.

When records are identified as a match with score > 90, they are auto-merge in UCM.

When they are between 70 and 90 they are sent for review.

If I merge records through the review process I get a UCM_TYPE_CD = 'Merged' on the S_UCM_CONTACT table.

However when auto-merge occurs I see UCM_TYPE_CD = 'Source-Upsert'.

Is this the correct behavior? Should I see 'Merged' for records < 90 on S_UCM_CONTACT?
