Page and Field Config - Hiding Expense Report fields

I am trying to hide the following fields on an Expense Report: Default Rate, Exchange Rate, Non-Reimbursable, Base Currency Amount, No Receipt ... using Page and Field Configurator.

I have successfully changed or hidden other fields on this page but can't seem to hide these.

Any ideas on why this isn't working for me?
