JDE E1: JDE submitted Jobs are Waiting status only.

Hi All,

We are Using JDE   xe version. getting  issue after stop and start JDE services.  while submitting JDE job and schedule jobs are going to  waiting status only jobs are not processing fine and done status.

I have checked Database and server  end if there is any space issues but all are good only.

I have rebooted  Application server also with help of  windows team.

After that all activities I have submitted job but still Jobs are waiting status only.

Please advise why this jobs are still waiting status. How can I proceed for to solve this issue.
