9.2 UDO functionality with "Manadatory Fields"

Hello

We have a requirement to have "Cat Code #7" on the "Job Master" be a MANDATORY field that needs to be completed when a Job is created and or saved .

I have looked at all the processing options on the P51006xxxx and there is no flag for this cat code.

I was curious if there would be any  " mandatory" field functionality with in the  9.2 UDO's that are available?

We are on tools release 9.2.1.0.2

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
