Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How enable Descriptive Flexfields on Transaction History form?

I have a custom report that I''ll have to choose which ADJUSTEMENTS will appears on it.

To do that, I need to enable Descriptive Flexfields on Transaction History form to insert a new field.

I'm trying to personalize code but it's not working until now.

Any sugestions?
