Running the R41540: Item Ledger Detail Print with 0 qty transactions

We insert a record into the cardex as a zero qty transaction to record cycle counts being done with DSI.  The cardex records show programmatically in the P4111, so the records are valid, but they don't show on the report when running the R41540.  other records show from the same doc type, but the 0 qty records won't show.  Is a qty required to be selected in the bsfn?
