NY Paid Family Leave tax not applying Annual limit of $61.48

Hi Everyone,  We have loaded the vertex update to change the NY Paid Family Leave tax to an annual limit rather than a per pay period.  JDE appears to be applying the annual limit of $61.48 as a per pay period limit.  High wage earners are having $61.48 pay period deducted.  Is there some setup within JDE that needs to be run to complete the conversion?

Is anyone else having the same issue?
