Can we use API APPS.PA_PROJECTS_MAINT_PUB.Create_Classifications with PA_PROJECT_PUB.Create_Project to populate Classifications Category Class Codes or is this API only for SELF_SERVICE module?

OR (in other words)

Is there an API to Load Classification Category or Class Codes when using PA_PROJECT_PUB.Create_project or Update_project? if not is it advisable to populate

pa.pa_class_codes ?
