Does anyone has some instruction or recommendations regarding to discontinue using an OU and Ledger in R12?  My client wants to "disable" a Ledger and its OU. They would like to have some instructions regarding what they need to do and what options they have. ( NOTE: The "disable" in this place means that the client does not want to continue transacting in this Ledger and do Month End and Year End for this Ledger anymore.)

I have done some thinking and research. But I would like to get some inputs from other experts to make sure I am not missing anything.
