Changes to SLM Attribute group do not get applied when saved

Hi all,

I'm experimenting with creating attribute groups/attribute pages via SLM.

I created an attribute group item tied to a value set.   I initially made it a text field, but decided after the fact that I would prefer it as a Radio Group.

I have updated the attribute group and saved.   However, when I go back to the Supplier form, the value still appears as a text box.

I have tried clearing the Global Cache as functional administrator.   The value still appears as a text box.

Does anybody know any trick to get the update to take effect?   Surely I don't have to have the web service cleared/restared every time I want to make an SLM change?
