dm_vertex throwing errors

I recently upgraded vertex to 030002 version and corresponding BRM patch also has been installed that bought dm_vertex_ctq300.so into system

Data has been loaded to vertex tables and all the setup looks fine.

But when i try to run PCM_OP_RATE_TAX_CALC opcode to test if tax calculation is working, am seeing below errors in dm_vertex logs.
