Transaction data not moving to Central Office after the store connectivity is resolved.

We are using Oracle Retail POS version 14.1.1. The problem we are facing is , during the business hours , when the store connectivity is down and later got UP , the transaction data is not flowing to Central office. When we restart the store server conduit , then the data started flowing. Is there any solution from Oracle?
