Milestone based billing in oracle ebs

Hi,

We have a requirement to define Milestones such as milestone description, dates and amounts in the system.

Let say a customer needs to be billed based on the pre-defined project milestones for the provided services.

Reminder notification to invoicing project manager should be sent prior to 2, 1 weeks before milestone date and after overdue till the invoice is finalized.

once PM approves the milestones, system should trigger billing event and draft invoice process fallows.

Can anyone please suggest a solution within oracle projects or any other module?
