Enable Siebel ERM in vanilla IP2017

Hi Techies,

Set it up IP2017 - Vanilla Environment, Patch 6, tried to enable Siebel ERM Application as it was deactivated by default.

Able to see components and its group everything was online and I have configured AI as well with PROXYE user. (User is exist in DB)

Now, not able to access /erm/enu url getting following errors:

from AOM log:

ObjMgrSRFLog Error 1 000000035b0e3b5f:0 2018-05-30 17:25:22 (objdef.cpp (874)) SBL-DAT-00388: Table 'S_RR_TABLE' defined multiple times.  Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration.
