When would one run PRC: Distribute Supplier Cost Adjustments vs. GMS: Distribute Supplier Cost Adju

What is the difference between the two?  It looks like they both run the same executable. Looks like GMS: Distribute Supplier Cost Adjustments and Funds Check spawns off a lot of runs of itself.  If I run PRC: Distribute Supplier Cost Adjustments do I need to run GMS: Distribute Supplier Cost Adjustments and Funds Check?
