How to make service contract line status Active

Hi,

1. After I have changed contract to hold and then press button Open for Updates, I can start to modify contract e.g PM schedule dates

2. Then I ran QA check, but then the status of contract will be changed to Active on the header level but not in the line level.

Could you please let me know at what point contract line status get active.
