R12.2.7 upgrade: GL drilldown shows no data.

Hello ,

we recently upgraded our 11i instance to R12.2.7.    The functional team is verifying data and they found that GL Drilldown does not contain any data.   PAtch mentioned in Unable To Drill Down From GL To AR After R12.2 Upgrade (Doc ID 2004019.1) is available.   Please let me know, what else could be the issue
