A custom report is printing a extra page with User / Enterprise server name and IP address details.

A custom report is printing a extra page with User / Enterprise server name and IP address details. When we print a test report R0008P to the same printer no extra page is printed.

For the custom report when we view the pdf from Work Submitted Jobs WSJ it has only one page, but when we print it extra page is printed. This happens only for this custom report.
