I cannot find the SR 3-17639134471 that my customer created

My customer created SR 3-17639134471 earlier today and notified me. I am trying to find the SR using MOSEMP but the SR cannot be found. I do have access to their CSI. Before I go back to the customer and ask them if they sent the correct SR number me, I'd like to ensure that there is not some other issue preventing me from seeing the SR they gave me.

Can anyone with broader access to SRs let me know if the SR number the customer specified exists in our system? Thanks!

Message was edited by: Removed the CSI number from the Community post. We are able to see the SR ( 3-17639134471) exists in the system, which is part of Mobile Cloud Service. Engg is working on the SR. Gurudatta N.R-Oracle
