The required template STORE_CTLG_MSITE_DISPLAY was not found

Hi,

After login to iStore users are getting error 'The required template STORE_CTLG_MSITE_DISPLAY was not found' instead of istore mini site selection page.

This error is happening intermittent , if they clear there cookies and retry they are able to login and select the required site.. This has happened with multiple users in different geo's.

No changes are made to  ibeCZzdMinisites.jsp ... Appreciate you response.
