E1 service not working on DR site

Hello,

We are preparing DR site following document (How To Change Out An iSeries Enterprise Server (Doc ID 644561.1)), but we keep the server name as it is using host file entries that point to certain IP with name of the iSeries machine, so we disable this IP in primary site, and enable this IP in DR site to test E1 service.

Also when we start server manager agent on DR machine, the iSeries instance on server manger console not shown as started.

the following error appear in kernel logs when we start the  E1 service:

0-gethostbyname returned 0 (???): Unknown error or no error
