Not able to check in the JP* BSSV objects

hello Guys,

i am facing tis issue, I cannot check in the BSSV objects JP*. It gives error called Jdeveloper validation error . Please find below

tool release 9.2.2.2

Jdeveloper 12.1.3

jdk used for jdeveloper 1.7 32bit
