S7-2L iLOM firmware 4 Storage Redirection

Hi,

What started as a simple task,I thought, has gone badly.

I just need to boot from remote media to reinstall the OS.

On all "T class" hosts I can usually run the Java app by one means or another, even though there are warnings about SSL and Java signing.

In this case I have downloaded the M2.JAR app as neither IE or chrome will succeed in launching the app.

It starts and I enter the IP for the SP, username and password. I continue after SSL warnings and it fails to connect.

Now, the error is specifically "video redirection" failed "Video connection was lost". But the S7-2 does not support video redirection.
