Advanced Preference 14 Customer Freight not working 9.2

Hi everyone

I can't seem to make Preference 14 - Customer Freight working, even though my setup seem correct and complete.

I have setup an advanced preference schedule 'TEST' with only 1 preference 'FRETCLI' = type 14

the preference detail is at hierarchy all items/all customers

P4210 is setup to make use of 'TEST' preference schedule

expected result is to apply freight handling code = 'DAP' at sales order entry

I can't seem to make it work, the freight handling code stays blank or defaults from the customer billing information

I have enclosed all screenshots of detailed setup with my topic

any help would be much appreciated
