Oracle RAC 11gR2 having 2 Nodes , On one Node Database Instance (ORCL2) starts automatically but on

Dear all,

I have setup of Oracle RAC 11g R2 (11.2.0.4.0) on 2 Windows 2012R2 machines.

I am facing problem that on First node after rebooting the machine the Database instance (ORCL1) doesn't starts automatically. Always need to login into sys as sysdba and start the database after that system works fine. On another node its working fine Instance starts automatically.

What is the solution while observing alert log found that

Fatal NI connect error 12638, connecting to:

(DESCRIPTION=(LOCAL=YES)(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=beq)))

  VERSION INFORMATION:

TNS for 64-bit Windows: Version 11.2.0.4.0 - Production
