E1: Standard JDE Image files cases are different on webclient when compared to fatclient folder

are in the process of upgrading to 9.2 and found that \E910\<pathcode>\res\   cases are different from  local web folder \E910\system\OC4J\j2ee\home\applications\webclient.ear\webclient\img\res

and same issue on WLS folder \Middleware_HOME\user_projects\domains\<yourdomain>\servers\<yourserver>\stage\<yourinstance>\app\webclient.war\img\res

these are standard JDE image files that are different for example help.bmp on fatclient is HELP.gif on webclient

imapct is that these images are not displaying at run time.
