Is there a method to determine the number of recount actions for an item in a cycle count?

For example, item XYZ123 gets counted and entered but the count value exceeds tolerance. Our setup is 1 automatic recount so it gets counted again and entered - and again is outside of tolerance, so a count approver steps in and marks it for another recount. This may happen a couple more times until the discrepancy has been resolved or the approver gives in and approves it.

Is there a way to track that this item went for recount 5 times before being approved?
