Can not able to find the new created resource in Resource Manager in CRM module

Hi,

I have created a new resource in HRMS module as an employee, but when I query this employee in CRM Resource manager there was no record found for the same. I want to assign the user name for that employee. Since the CRM module giving me an error that "User resource link is not setup correctly"  https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=734274.1&displayIndex=2#aref_section21

Could you please let me know what should I need to do in this case.
