How to navigate from External Application to Open UI View containing Toggle applets

Hi,

We are using IP 2015 PS 6 Open UI Financial Services application.

Our Requirement:

* We are trying to land on a view of Open UI from another application (let say ABC).

* ABC application is building the url with parameters like GotoView, view name, applet name and rowid.

* Sample built url -

   http://hostnameurl.com:14243/fins_oui_nld_msec/start.swe?SWECmd=GotoView&SWEView=Service+Request+Detail+View&SWERF=1&SWEHo=hostnameurl.com&SWEBU=1&SWEApplet0=AABR+Service+Request+Detail+Applet&SWERowId0=1-2698K1Y

Issue:

There are different conditions on which the 'AABR Service Request Detail Applet' gets toggle. (Screenshot attached).

So user is getting error if applet is toggled some other.
