Adjusting picture size in media object attachments

Hello,  

When we open an attachment and it contains a large picture, by default it shows only a portion of the picture and the horizontal/vertical scroll bars in the Media Object container window. I am trying to figure out if there is any setting in JDE that allows a picture attachment to adjust to the size of the container window to be able to see the entire picture in the window.
