EMU Fixed rate type

Hi

I am trying to implement EMU Fixed rate but while defining the new currency i am not able to find  Derivation Type, Derivation Factor, and Derivation Effective Date fields .

What is the navigation for defining Derivation Type, Derivation Factor, and Derivation Effective Date fields in R9 on prem version of fusion?
