BI Publisher Report issue

Hi All,

Could you please let me know if you have any idea on how to fix the BI Publisher report issue.

XML Generated Successfully - XML tags closed properly on the XML file --> But OPP is failing with an Error "at oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.OPPRequestThread.run(OPPRequestThread.java:184) Caused by: java.lang.ThreadDeath".

I checked in meta link and found note (Doc ID 427233.1) to Increase the OPP timeout ,some other setup on the Administration and Bounce the Concurrent manager (I did the same steps but still I am getting this issue). Can some one let me know how to resolve this issue.
