one item, two suppliers, with two different lead times

Since we have just recently been utilizing lead time data, we have noticed that when our receiver receives in an item with 2 different suppliers and 2 different lead times we get a warning message. 

Something along the lines ------Warning--Are you sure you want to accept this receipt? Line 4 is 5 day(s) early.  Acceptable is 0 day(s). (10300.53)

Is there a way to either not have the message or only use the message if... say for example the item comes from supplier number 2?
