Processor 1 below trip temperature. Throttling disabled

we are faced with a problem where a server crashed stopping all access to it. the message we have in / var / log and the following "Processor 1 below trip temperature. Throttling disabled" can help me to understand this error

[root@brcscbi15 log]# uname -a

Linux brcscbi15 2.6.39-400.281.1.el6uek.x86_64 #1 SMP Fri Jun 17 20:10:16 PDT 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
