OVM console wont open, browser shows ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

I've noticed that my OVM console not working. This is happening with Chrome in client side, also if I use Firefox it shows SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP message. My OS in server side is OVM Server 3.3. Any help will be appreciated.
