Webservice for Create Purchase Order

Hello Group

Need your valuable advice in developing a solution.

As our Organization decided to Implement SAP Ariba Buying solutions, we got a requirement of creating a web service for Create, Cancel and Change Purchase Order in our PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 application and PSTools 8.53 environment. I don't see any existing web service in our current DEV environment. So thought of checking with the experts is it a right solution to create a CI on PURCHASE_ORDER component and expose it. currently there is no PURCHASE_ORDER Component Interface available in our environment. There is a CI on Express PO. Will exposing the CI for Express PO as a web service does
