How to automate credit form approval
Hi,
As per the current business process, a credit form (excel format) with credit details and reason for the credit is send for CFO or some other finance team members manually via email for approval because credit memos have P&L impact. There is delay in this manual approval process and sending reminders is also manual.
After receiving the approval, invoicing team raise the credit memo in projects as a standalone credit or as a credit against a standard invoice.
The proposal is to automate this credit form process, meaning once credit form is prepared, it should go to region wise pre defined approver. once it is approved the action should be notified to requester.
