Resource Cost is being added on the item and item has no material value

Hi,

We are doing some sort of coating process for spectacle lens with free of cost for the customers. If any complaint on the sold lens, we do the below process

1. Receive the lens from customer

2. Misc receipt of the lens in a code which was already created for labour job with zero cost.

3. Creating a WIP job and issue the labour job item.

4. Process completion with some resource cost.

5. Deliver the item to customer at no cost.

In this scenario, we do not have on hand in labour job item code. If we see the item cost the resource cost is added in the item and keep on adding whenever we do these process.
