EM OMR Routine Maintenance

I have CC13c with a 12.1.0.2 OMR.  I'm trying to see if there are routine actions like reindexing tables that should be done on the OMR.  I know there are some scheduled jobs for OMR maintenance, but I'm not sure what they all do.  It seems EM locks OMR tables so manual tasks cannot be run.
