2 Partial Retirement with Error APP-OFA-48397

Hi

User faced below error with 2 partial retirements

Cost of the asset= 1000 is having 2 partial Processed retirements

First retirement record has cost retired field with amount as 200

Second retirement records now show Current cost  800 (1000-200) and cost retired field  defaults as 800

When trying to reinstate the asset the user faced the below error

APP-OFA-48397: program exited with errors: you must be on the last record to create a new record

Then as suggested the user goes to the newest records and reinstate the record and completes the reinstatement.

System does not allow to reinstate the first record and pops up the same error
